A high school principal and assistant principal were arrested in Stamford Thursday for failing to report an alleged sex assault that involved a teacher and a student. 62-year-old Stamford High School principal Donna Valentine, and 59-year-old Assistant Principal Roth Nordin, were arrested for failure to report.
