On Thursday, Cushman & Wakefield confirmed it has been retained to market the 12-acre campus on Washington Boulevard - just days after Gov. Dannel Malloy said it was doubtful UBS would keep its commitment to keep 2,000 jobs in Stamford as part of a $20 million tax incentive plan, according to Hearst Connecticut Media Group. UBS has been at 677 Washington Blvd. since 1997 and in its hey-day employed more than 4,000.
