First County Bank is outgrowing its Prospect Street headquarters and plans to move into a recently remodeled building on Summer Street that has attracted three other major tenants in the past several months. The Stamford-based bank is scheduled to move its executive offices at 100 Prospect St. to 19,700 square feet on the first floor of 3001 Summer St., a property owned and managed by the Ashforth Co., in the first quarter of next year.
