Atop the Palisades, Stamford developer expands to another market

The list of amenities is extensive that awaits residents of The Beacon, the newest high rise developed by Stamford-based Building and Land Technologies, what with the jacuzzi-equipped grotto lounge, rooftop park, poker room and movie theater. Even as the developer tops off a new tower dubbed The Beacon on Stamford Harbor, BLT has begun leasing up a residential building with the same monicker in Jersey City, N.J., overlooking the Hudson River atop the Palisades and completed in partnership with New York City-based developer Metrovest.
