The Mecklenburg County Grand Jury handed down indictments against four individuals on March 16, including Dalton Bland Harmon of Bracey for the alleged unlawful wounding of his father-in law on Dec. 5. Sara Jane Smart of Alton was charged with one felony count of shoplifting of merchandise valued at $200 or more from Walmart. Mark Pjetri of Stamford, Connecticut was charged on one felony count of eluding.
