Presenting drastically conflicting depictions of a May 4 altercation in their Old Greenwich home, WABC weatherman Bill Evans and his estranged wife, Dana Evans , appeared in state Superior Court in Stamford Tuesday to be arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
