Norwalk Man Charged In Drug Bust In Parking Garage At Stamford Mall

A Norwalk man took a swing at a police officer after he tried to flee a drug arrest, but he was soon captured by police officers during a Wednesday arrest in the Stamford Town Center parking garage, police said.
