Stamford Man Twice Grabbed Phone From Girlfriend As She Called 911

A man twice ripped the telephone from his girlfriend's hands as she was calling police during a dispute Tuesday, Stamford police said. The woman called police because she said her boyfriend was acting erratically and throwing items inside their apartment, police said.
