Kelly I. Gray of Stratford is accused of stealing about $300 in health care supplements from a now closed CVS pharmacy in Stamford. A city man, Fredy Chacon, 33, of 47 William St. is charged with defrauded People's Bank of $6,500 by taking money from one account and placing it in a second account while claiming he had never opened the first account.
