Cops: Speeding driver charged with DWIvisit|article-5822177|interleaved-5821205-breaking-news|3

Leonel Deandrade, 44, of 1074 East Main St., Stamford was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated, not having a driver's license, failure to insure vehicle and speeding, according to police. Deandrade was stopped after police said he was clocked driving 65 mph in a 30-mph zone on Hoyt Street.
