A Stamford man making his first appearance since being charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle in the death of a motorcyclist after allegedly cutting the rider off on Harvard Avenue in late June, pleaded not guilty Thursday. William Little , 71, made the plea with his lawyer Philip Russell in front of Judge Erika Tindill at the Stamford courthouse Thursday morning.
