Two brothers were arrested on charges of shooting a teenager in the buttocks with a BB pellet while walking on West Broad Street on Saturday night, Stamford police said. Police charged Kevin Sanchez, 18, of Englewood Avenue, Bridgeport, with second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, carrying a dangerous weapon and criminal trespass.
