Stamford Area Among Most Educated In America

The Bridgeport-Stamford-Norwalk area was ranked the ninth-most educated metropolitan area in the country according to a recent report by 24/7 Wall St. 24/7 Wall St. compiled data based on key metrics including percentage adults 25-years-old and older with a bachelor's degree, median income, poverty and crime data and population estimates. The Bridgeport-Stamford-Norwalk area boasted the second highest median income of the cities surveyed at $82,084 and the third highest median earnings for residents with a bachelor's degree at $67,061.
