Stamford police seize guns on West Side

Shots fired on the troubled West Side Saturday night led to a high-speed chase around Stamford on Sunday, resulting in three handguns being seized by police and a teenager arrested. The shots were reported at about 11:45 p.m. Saturday when police were called down to Orchard Street near the intersection of Selleck Street by residents who heard the exchange.
