Stamford's Martin Heads To D.C. Meeting With Mayors, Obama

Stamford Mayor David Martin will be in Washington, D.C., for three days to share ideas with his fellow mayors and to raise the city's profile with federal officials. Martin is attending the 83rd Winter Meeting of the U.S. Conference of Mayors in Washington, D.C. It began Wednesday.
