Tips Lead Stamford Cops To Men Who 'Starred' In Car Burglary Video

Two men caught on video entering a Stamford parking garage that has been the scene of five vehicle burglaries since December were arrested after tips from the public, police said. Kenny Castillo, 21, of Hillandale Avenue, and Tyriq Lewis, 19, of Finney Lane, were each charged with two counts of third-degree burglary.
