The Sears store in Cherry Creek and the adjacent parking garage likely will be demolished and replaced with residential units and commercial and retail space, says the Denver architect involved with the project. David Tryba of Tryba Architects is working with property owner AmCap Inc. of Stamford, Connecticut.
