Council Releases Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan For Stamford

The Western Connecticut Council of Governments has released its draft 2016-21 Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan for the municipalities of Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Norwalk, Stamford, Weston, Westport and Wilton. The plan, which is the product of extensive technical analysis, is designed to provide residents, businesses, and emergency responders with information on storms and other extreme weather events, vulnerable locations, and methods to mitigate damage and limit disruption.
