Stamford Community Collective to Host Five Opportunities for Building Better Communities

In recognition of Black History Month the Stamford Community Collective is hosting the first in a series of educational and training opportunities targeted to the Black and other minority parents and students. Five Opportunities for Building Better Communities is designed to provide actual youth and police encounters for responses during the table discussions with best practices answers provided by experts consisting of members of the Stamford Police Department, ACLU, Stamford Mayor's Office, University of Connecticut and community activists.
