A Bridgeport man with a long criminal history, including sexually assaulting a 13-year-old, was arrested after he terrorized his wife by attacking her and swinging an ax over her head Saturday evening in a domestic assault at her Stamford home, police said. Michael James Miner, 58, was charged with three counts of third-degree assault, three counts of unlawful restraint and one count each of first-degree reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
