Stamford Police arrested a third suspect on Wednesday - a 15-year-old Stamford boy - in connection with the stabbing death of a Stamford man outside the McDonald's restaurant a week ago. And in a related development in the case, officials announced that the case against the 15-year-old Stamford boy arrested earlier this week was transferred from the Juvenile Matters Division in state Superior Court in Stamford to been upgraded to the Part A division which deals with the most serious offenses.
