Stamford mayor pledges to fund pensions

Stamford Mayor David Martin speaks during a press conference on Thursday, February 12, 2015, to announce the city's proposal to build a new police headquarters next to the current building. The proposal includes purchasing the property at 671 Bedford Street and moving the Hoyt Barnum House, the oldest house in Stamford, from its current location at 713 Bedford Street.
