A city man who pleaded guilty to attempted assault and attempted burglary in July 2013 was sentenced to three years in prison Wednesday at state Superior Court in Stamford. Marc Belzi, 21, of Fairfield Avenue, was sentenced by Judge Richard Comerford after making the pleas to charges that had been downgraded by assistant State's Attorney Mitchell Rubin.
