Jury acquits Stamford man of date rape

A jury of four women and two men took just one hour on Wednesday afternoon to acquit a man accused of date rape. Nicoli Ariel Quijano 's accuser, a woman he had dated for several months, claimed in testimony that she saw him as just a friend when she stayed at his Stamford house overnight, eating, drinking and dancing together in his bedroom, and sleeping together in his bed.
