Stamford school officials sued over alleged sex abuse

Two more lawsuits were filed by former Rogers School students who claim they were sexually abused by their gym teacher in the 1970s and early 1980s. The lawsuits, filed Wednesday in Superior Court here, are the fourth and fifth cases to allege that Stamford school officials stood by while the former teacher, Robert Martinez , sexually abused students.
