STAMFORD, Conn. The Julia A. Stark Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization will host its second "Starry Night" fundraising event at The Italian Center in Stamford on Friday, March 13. The event will be held from 7 to 11 p.m. and will feature hundreds of silent action items, food and cocktails from local vendors and dancing.
