Incredibly Slow Trucker Disrupts Morning Commute

A truck driver on Monday traveled at 15 mph on Route 106 from Stamford, through Darien and into New Canaan, then attempted to turn left onto the Merritt Parkway northbound at Exit 36, only to stop and back up, further snarling the traffic he had halted.
