Malloy: Bridgewater deal up to Stamford

Amid growing speculation about the fate of a development that would bring hedge fund behemoth Bridgewater Associates to Stamford, Gov. Dannel P. Malloy on Tuesday distanced himself from negotiations between the city and developer Building and Land Technology, saying that the decision to bring the company was "Stamford's to act on."
