Navigators, an international commercial property & casualty specialty insurance holding company, has relocated its corporate headquarters to 400 Atlantic St., in Stamford, from Rye Brook, N.Y. The move follows a March announcement about moving its headquarters and 200 employees to the city through the Connecticut's Next Five Program.
