Stamford Woman Shot In Capitol Thought Obama Spied On Her

WASHINGTON - The woman shot to death this month after Washington police chased her car from the White House to Capitol Hill twice told authorities in Connecticut that President Barack Obama had her home under "electronic surveillance," according to new Stamford , Conn., police records released Thursday.
