Stamford Mayor's Office Declares Snow Emergency Starting Tuesday Evening

Stamford Mayor David Martin preemptively declared a snow emergency Tuesday due to the impending weather, in effect beginning at 6 p.m. The weather Tuesday is anticipated to be cloudy throughout the morning with light snow developing between noon and 3 p.m. Temperature will be highs in the teens with a Northeast wind at 10 to 15 mph.
