Substitute teacher Michael Luecke, 72, accused of masturbating in Westhill High School in Stamford

The incident was captured by surveillance cameras. Police are not releasing the video, but say it clearly shows what he was doing. Some students say the teacher was familiar to them and had been in the building before. Luecke was covering a music class Wednesday.
