Orchestral folk rock band Little Ugly performs at the Voting Kickoff Party for the Connecticut Music Awards at Showacase 61 at Stamford's Palace Theatre on Thursday, April 3. Nationally televised music award shows are fun to watch, but it's almost exclusively pop-radio stars and YouTube hit-makers who get to bask in the applause and accolades.
