Continuing his push to keep companies from fleeing the state during an election year, Gov. Dannel P. Malloy announced on Thursday that Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide will add 340 new full-time positions to its headquarters in Stamford as part of an economic incentive deal with the state.
