Man caught on tape stealing woman's wallet in courtroom

A Stamford teen facing charges for repeatedly disobeying a judge's protective order after being arrested on a domestic violence charge nearly a year ago, was arraigned Monday for being caught on a courthouse video stealing a woman's purse while he was inside a courtroom.
