Rios is survived by his wife, Alicia Martinez Rios; sons, Luis E. Rios of Stamford and Jose Rios of Stamford; daughters, Rocio R. Soto of Stamford and Mayra M. Rios of Stamford; two grandchildren, Luis A. Rios of New Jersey and Cristina A. Rios of Florida; and many nieces and nephews.
