One-Legged Goose Finally Trapped in Stamford

A Canadian Goose that had been roaming around in Cummings Park for close to a month with fishing line wrapped around its leg has suffered the inevitable and lost the limb, though the injury allowed Stamford Animal Care & Control Officers to finally catch it, authorities said this week.
