Malloy Signs Foreclosure Protections Act into Law

By Stamford Patch Editor DJ McAneny Gov. Dannel P. Malloy joined Banks Committee co-chairs Sen. Carlo Leone and Rep. William Tong and a number of other state, local and banking officials in Stamford Tuesday to sign a bill granting new protections for homeowners facing foreclosure and streamlining the mediation process.
