Swim Lessons Offered In Honor Of Drowned Stamford Boy

Twelve-year-old Rashad Gross was playing in the water at Cove Island Park when he was pulled under and since he could not swim, he drowned , and now some two months later the Stamford community is looking to prevent similar incidents in the future.
