The co-owner of the downtown Stamford hair salon Vanity Studio has been nominated for Hairstylist of The Year at the 2015 Christopher Lamont Fashion & Music Awards. ShaQueen Valentine, 30, is one of the nominees for the award that will be presented Friday night at The Stratford Hotel and Conference Center in Stratford.
