A chance open-house visit by Gary Channer, left, resulted in him winning a vacation raffle to the Caribbean sponsored by William Raveis Real Estate, with listing agent Geri Guzinski of the company's office in Stamford, Conn., also a winner. While on her annual vacation last month at Saint Martin in the Caribbean, Geri Guzinski received a text that next year's trip would be on her employer, William Raveis Real Estate.
