Only weeks after announcing the purchase of a 49 percent equity stake in a new apartment complex at 75 Tresser Blvd. in Stamford, an Israel-based real estate investment company has acquired Glenview House, a 146-unit apartment complex in Stamford for $69.1 million. The purchaser, Clal US Management, is a subsidiary of Clal Insurance, a publicly traded insurance company and pension fund manager with more than $40 billion in assets under management.
