The Wilton League of Women Voters is joining with other chapters of the league to present a debate between the 4th District Congressional candidates on Sunday, Oct. 19, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at the Clune Performing Arts Center at Wilton High School. Stamford's Kay Maxwell, a former president of the League of Women Voters of the United States and current executive director of the Stamford-based World Affairs Forum, will be the moderator.
