Police: Stamford Man Charged With Drunken Driving Violated Probation

Richard Degabriel, 52, of Stamford was arrested Wednesday by Stamford Police after he allegedly violated his probation in Westchester County. STAMFORD, Conn., -- A Stamford man who was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated was in violation of his probation, police said.
