Stamford man claims muggers targeted him for having medical marijuana card

Investigators say the incident occurred at 1 Southfield Ave. at around 3 a.m. Friday morning. Stamford police say a man is recovering after he was allegedly robbed and pistol-whipped, and the victim believes he was targeted because he has a medical marijuana card.
