Stamford man pistol-whipped for medical marijuana card

A medical marijuana card recipient was pistol-whipped on a West Side street early Friday morning and robbed of his card and other possessions, police said. Lt. Diedrich Hohn said the 23-year-old man was walking to his car parked on Southfield Avenue at about 3 a.m. when he was jumped by two men.
