Fairfield County partners plan luxury apartment conversion in Rye

A rendering of the new plans for the Station Plaza Office Building in Rye, which will be converted into a 12-apartment luxury residence with a 3,500-square-foot restaurant. A partnership of JCS Capital in Stamford and Granoff Real Estate in Greenwich closed on its $2.07 million purchase of the building this month.
