Stamford housing agencies are poised to receive more than $2.6 million in loans to create 38 units of affordable housing, according to an announcement from Gov. Dannel P. Malloy. Malloy's office made the announcement Monday that the state is awarding $10,649,077 in grants and loans for eight projects and programs that will create 131 units of affordable housing throughout the state.
