A 30-year-old Stamford resident was critically injured when he was struck by a car while walking on Stillwater Avenue near West Main Street at 11:21 p.m. Thursday. The Stamford Police Department's Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Squad is investigating the crash and is seeking witnesses to the accident.
