Stamford Motorist Arrested After Attempt To Switch Identity Fails

A Stamford motorist driving with a suspended license thought she could escape from the long arm of the law by giving the police officer her sister's name during a traffic stop Tuesday evening, police said. However, that plan backfired when the officer told the woman - who was still pretending to be her sister - that there was a warrant for her arrest, police said.
